Warranty Details
1. The warranty applies only to the original owner of a British Eagle Bikes & Spare/Accessories and is not transferable to subsequent owners.
2. The lifetime warranty is applicable only on frames of the British Eagle Bikes.
3. The limited warranty on forks (suspension or rigid) is applicable during six months from date of purchase for the original owner.
4. Fading & Rust perforation, stains, scratches of parts, paint, stickers, or other accessories due to direct exposure of sunlight or moisture or rain water or pack of negligence to keep the care of the product will not be considered under claim of warranty. (To help process your query quickly please provide proof of purchase, frame number & images and any other information you can provide which can be analysed by the quality and technical department to issue any claims- if need be and proven for.)
5. This warranty is void if the British Eagle Bike is subjected to abuse, neglect, improper repair, improper maintenance, alteration, modification, an accident or other abnormal, excessive, or improper use.
6. This warranty applies only to bikes purchased from Authorized British Eagle Bike Dealers.
7. This warranty doesn’t cover any type of labour charges or shipping charges for part replacement or changeover of any part, Tires and Tubes, normal wear and tear, Improper assembly installation of components, parts of accessories not originally intended damage or failure due to accident, misuse, neglect or abuse of the product.
Specific Warranty Exclusions
The following instances are specifically excluded from the coverage of this warranty.
1. Any defect arising from normal wear and tear, improper assembly or follow-up maintenance.
2. Installation or modification of components, parts, or accessories not originally intended for or compatible with the bike.
3. Paint fading caused by the effects of ultraviolet light (UV) or outdoor exposure.
4. Damage or failure due to accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect.
5. Normal wear and tear, scratches, peeling of paint and all coatings initiated due to intentional or accidental dent or scratches, damage due to chemicals, improper storage and parking.
6. Also, British Eagle Bikes used for following activities
Used in any competitive sport
- Used for stunt riding, jumping, aerobatics or similar activity
- Modified in any way
- Modified with the addition of a motor
- Ridden by more than one person at a time
- Rented, sold, or given away
